‘Learning from your mistake makes you a better person’ Luella took Roger home after he failed to steal her purse-not to the police. Roger is alone and Luella showed him sympathy and took care of him. She fed him and gave him money to buy his shoes. This made Roger fell he is not alone. Roger was taught a lesson by Luella. Luella told Roger about mistakes she had made. Luella had done bad thing in the past, but now she is a nice lady. Roger understand he can change too. Both Roger and Luella have learned from their mistakes. Everyone should have the chance to learn this way.

Inside the movie Teddy don’t participate in class and not involve in activities and seriously need to take bath. Miss. Thompson wasn’t happy about his behavior and attitude in class. Suddenly she put big cross on his paper and wrote ‘F’ in bold red pen. When she looked up his record she realized his mother’s death impact on his behavior. She felt ashamed of herself, the way she treated him, differently than others. She showed kindness and respect his toward Teddy and treat him like her son. After Miss. Thompson started to take care of him he became totally different person. He was participating in class, friendly and he was able to success in his life. After Mrs. Thompson realized her mistake and became better person from that.

Betrayal Can Lead to Vengeance
"Betrayal leads to vengeance" is a main them in Roald Dahl's book 'Lamb to the Slaughter'. Mary Maloney, the protagonist in this story, is a lovlely housewife. She took care everything about her husband and keeping house tidy, prepare everything for her husband's needs, prepared a great meal for husband, waiting her husband with pleasure. She knew what her husbands want. She was really glad about their first child. Every day was utopia for her. However, her utopia is suddenly destroyed by her husband. He tells her that he wants to leave her. Mary Maloney kills her husbannd with the frozen lamb leg. The betrayal of her husband made her pull out another side of her and leads her to a crime. Mary Maloney's unexpected violence came from her husband's betrayal.
There are always consequences after betrayal. After betray someone will have a wounds that will never goes away. That wound cannot be heal especially if it was lover or a friends. The wound will get deep and deeper in suspect's heart and finally it will take to the vengeance. Wound in heart will remain rough out the life of the suspect. All the time through life, there will be a vengeance from a suspect.
